MediSave Claim for Wisdom Tooth Surgery:
- Only surgeries can be claimed under MediSave.
- Claimable amount depends on the surgery’s complexity, including tooth division and the number of teeth removed.
- MediSave limits for surgeries:
- Without tooth division: Up to $350
- With tooth division: Up to $950
- Deep and with tooth division: Up to $1,250
Note: Actual claimable amount may vary; final approval is subject to MOH.
Wisdom tooth extraction is not MediSave-claimable.
Making a MediSave Claim:
- Ensure you have a MediSave account with sufficient funds.
- Check account status through CPF Board (https://www.cpf.gov.sg/members) or hotline (1800-227-1188).
- If funds are insufficient, immediate family members’ MediSave can be used (Singapore citizens or permanent residents).
- Required documents include NRIC photocopies, marriage certificate (if applicable), plan details, and completed Medisave Authorization Form for Day Surgery.
